How do I book a pro?

Tap "Where do you need help?" on the Home tab, pick a category, and confirm the details. We'll match you with a nearby pro in minutes.

How is pricing calculated?

Pricing depends on the category, time, and scope of the job. A service fee is added at checkout, and you'll always see the full estimate before confirming.

Can I cancel a request?

Yes — you can cancel from the request detail screen before a pro arrives, free of charge. If a pro has already started the job, contact us and we'll take a look.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe — ProBer never sees or stores your full card number. See our Privacy Policy for details.

For providers

How do I become a ProBer provider?

Sign up for the ProBer Provider app, choose your category, and submit your verification documents. Our team reviews every application before granting access to jobs.

How do tiers work?

Your tier is based on a score across experience, certification, portfolio, references, and an interview. Higher tiers unlock better-paying jobs and priority placement when a client is matched with a pro.

When do I get paid?

Payouts are sent to your connected payout method after a job is marked complete, via Stripe Connect. You can track every payout from your account.

Can I set my own prices?

Base prices are set by ProBer per category and tier, so pricing stays consistent and fair across the platform. You'll always see the expected price before accepting a job.
