Delete your account

Submitting this form asks us to permanently delete your ProBer account — for either the ProBer Client or ProBer Provider app — along with the personal data tied to it, such as your name, contact details, addresses, request or job history, and photos.

We remove or anonymize this data within a reasonable period after a verified request, except where we're required or permitted to keep it:

• Transaction and payment records, retained as required by tax, accounting, and financial regulations, even after account deletion.
• Provider verification documents, retained for the period required to demonstrate compliance with our verification process, then securely deleted.
• Records needed to resolve an open dispute, support ticket, or investigation, retained until that matter is resolved.
